About Us

Susan Lynch is a board-certified physician assistant (PA-C). After graduating from the University of Florida with a Bachelors Degree, Susan decided to continue her education at Nova Southeastern University where she earned a second Bachelor’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies as well as a Master’s Degree in Medical Science. Susan is a Florida native and moved to Sarasota from Naples where she worked for several years specializing in aesthetic medicine as well as sclerotherapy for spider veins. Her clinical skills over the years have given her advanced experience in soft tissue injections. She is licensed to inject Botox and Dysport and dermal fillers including Juvederm, Voluma, Restylane, Radiesse, and Sculptra. In addition to facial injections, Susan is licensed to operate lasers for multiple indications including facial rejuvenation, vein treatments, hair removal and other non-invasive aesthetic treatments. Aesthetic medicine is one of Susan’s passions and she is highly knowledgeable and competent and excited to live in beautiful Southwest Florida.

Marie is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 15 years of diverse nursing experience spanning Cardiac, Neurology, Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Pediatrics, Newborn Care, Plastic Surgery, and ICU. With a passion for aesthetics, she specializes in Botox, dermal fillers, CoolSculpting, BBL/IPL, laser hair removal, and Ultherapy. Marie is dedicated to helping each patient look and feel their best, enhancing their natural beauty while providing compassionate, personalized care. She believes every patient should feel valued, supported, and like family. Outside of work, she enjoys attending local sporting events and spending time with her family. She recently added a new addition to her family, a Pomeranian named Coco.

Melissa Grady is a licensed esthetician and Sarasota native, with a lifelong passion for skincare and wellness. She graduated from Fashion Focus Beauty Academy in 2019. Her journey into the beauty industry began shortly after high school when she worked at a makeup and skincare counter, sparking her love for helping others feel confident in their skin. Though her career path led her to spend 15 years in an oral surgery office, where she honed her skills in patient care, business management, and client relations, she always felt drawn back to esthetics. Eventually, Melissa followed her passion back to skincare, dedicating herself to providing advanced treatments that help clients achieve healthy, radiant skin. Beyond esthetics, she is a devoted mother of three who cherishes time with her family and enjoys traveling to the North Georgia mountains with her husband. Whether in the treatment room or exploring the outdoors, Melissa believes in the power of balance, wellness, and self-care.

Amber is a licensed Medical Esthetician with over 5 years of extensive experience working in Aesthetics as a medical assistant. Through this experience she discovered a deep passion for helping others achieve healthy, beautiful skin and a new confidence. She is dedicated to helping every patient optimize their skin health by combining cutting-edge technologies, medical grade skincare products, and a comprehensive treatment plan to bring it all together. A long time native to Sarasota, Amber and her two beautiful daughters actively serve in our community and are always looking for ways to help others improve their lives.
