Our Mission
Founded in 2019 by Susan Lynch, our team at Sarasota Premier Aesthetics is passionate about using our deep understanding of non-surgical, aesthetic treatments to help people achieve their natural, optimal beauty. Susan, Diana, Angie, & Bree are dedicated to treating every patient with the utmost respect and their attention to detail is remarkable. We love spending extra time with our patients to develop long term relationships. This helps truly understand your youthful/confidence/beauty goals to better develop our expert treatment plan. Dr. Harry Wright, our medical director, is one of the most respected facial plastic surgeons in Sarasota County. He is always available to assist with any patient needs.

Susan Lynch, MMS
PA-C, Physician Assistant
Susan Lynch is a board-certified physician assistant (PA-C). After graduating from the University of Florida with a Bachelors Degree, Susan decided to continue her education at Nova Southeastern University where she earned a second Bachelor’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies as well as a Master’s Degree in Medical Science. Susan is a Florida native and moved to Sarasota from Naples where she worked for several years specializing in aesthetic medicine as well as sclerotherapy for spider veins. Her clinical skills over the years have given her advanced experience in soft tissue injections. She is licensed to inject Botox and Dysport and dermal fillers including Juvederm, Voluma, Restylane, Radiesse, and Sculptra. In addition to facial injections, Susan is licensed to operate lasers for multiple indications including facial rejuvenation, vein treatments, hair removal and other non-invasive aesthetic treatments. Aesthetic medicine is one of Susan’s passions and she is highly knowledgeable and competent and excited to live in beautiful Southwest Florida.
Diana Born
MSN, APRN, A-GNP-C, Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
Diana is a board certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. Growing up in Florida, she received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Florida, Tampa and subsequently a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Winona State University in Minnesota. Diana has over 8 years experience as a registered nurse and began her career at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. She has worked majority of her career with some of Sarasota’s most respected plastic surgeons and is in love with aesthetic medicine and non-surgical treatments. Diana completed her Master’s of Science degree in Nursing at USF and has since been an amazing asset to Sarasota Premier Aesthetics. She is caring, kind, compassionate, and truly excellent at understanding her patients desires and applying the appropriate treatments/recommendations to help them reach their goals.
Angie Welke
PA-C, AESTHETIC PROVIDER / INJECTOR
Angie Welke is a highly trained injector with years of experience in administering neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Sculptra, Radiesse, laser, microneedling and PDO threads. Passionate about medical aesthetics, she enjoys working with her patients to provide subtle enhancements that complement natural features. Before becoming an aesthetic injector, Angie specialized in Orthopedic surgery/Sports Medicine at The Andrews Institute in Gulf Breeze, FL. Through this experience she developed a strong medical foundation based on precision, attention to detail, and confidence. She is a board-certified Physician Associate, a graduate from the University of South Alabama PA program and has a second master’s degree in Health & Human Performance from Oklahoma State University. When she's not injecting, Angie loves to go to the beach and spend time with her husband Ryan, her children Irie and Damien, and Labrador Retrievers, Danny and Homer.

Harry Wright, MD
Double Board Certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and by the American Board of Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery, Medical Director
Dr. Wright is a native of coastal Virginia, growing up near the tranquil waters of the Chesapeake Bay. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Longwood University and then completed a Master’s Degree in Immunology, where he published extensively on the subject of wound healing and autoimmune disease. He earned his Medical Degree at the Medical College of Virginia where he was the recipient of the four-year full-tuition Grandis Family Scholarship to medical school (the only such scholarship in the Commonwealth of Virginia). Dr. Wright completed his residency in Head & Neck Surgery at the prestigious Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, ranked one of the top 6 programs in the field by U.S. News and World Report. Dr. Wright was then selected to complete a highly-competitive fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery with the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS), the pre-eminent training body for cosmetic and reconstructive surgeons of the face, head & neck. His expertise includes rhinoplasty, revision rhinoplasty, laser skin rejuventation, fat transfer and comprehensive treatment of the aging face. He has been published in several textbooks including Papel's Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (the bible for facial plastic surgeons), in Cumming's Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery (where Dr. Wright co-authored the chapter on Laser Surgery, in the the most comprehensive text in head and neck surgery), and invited chapters on Neck Rejuvenation in Facial Plastic Surgery Clinics.
